How to apply for a home
Follow these steps to apply for a home at Haven on Orange. We recommend touring the community first so you can choose the unit that fits your household best.

We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible to begin the qualification process.
Start Application -
To verify eligibility, you must provide:
- Proof of income for all household members (pay stubs, benefits letters, child support, etc.)
- Government-issued photo IDs for all adult household members
- Most recent tax return (or verification of non-filing)
- Housing voucher documentation (if applicable)
- Bank statements and other verification forms as requested

After reviewing your application and documents, we will schedule a short virtual interview to go over your application and answer any questions.

Income limits
Haven on Orange is an affordable housing community with income-restricted units. Your household must meet both minimum and maximum income requirements.

Minimum income: Minimum income requirement is generally 2× the monthly rent, which is approximately $48,000 per year for a $1,999 rent.
